As a company, our priority is always to protect and safeguard your personal data and all your legal rights as our customers at the highest level. In this regard, we fulfill all our legal obligations concerning the protection of your personal data and take all necessary technical and administrative measures.
If you consent to receive commercial electronic communications, your personal data such as phone number and contact information will be processed in accordance with the KVKK Information Text and the explicit consent you provide through the KVKK Explicit Consent Text, limited to this purpose. You will receive all kinds of electronic communications containing information about campaigns, new developments, events, and promotions organized by our Company.
After giving your consent to commercial electronic communication, you can withdraw your consent and stop receiving these electronic communications at any time without providing any reason. You can always send this request to our Company via the opt-out instructions included in the commercial communications sent to you. Our Company will immediately process your request upon receipt and fulfill it within the legally required timeframes. However, after processing your opt-out request, commercial electronic communications may still be sent to you only in cases where our Company has legal obligations or where your overriding interest exists.

With this text, I accept and declare that I have read and understood the Commercial Electronic Communication Information Text, and I am informed that I can stop receiving any electronic communication containing information about campaigns, new developments, events, and promotions sent by the Company, that my personal data will be collected and processed for these purposes in accordance with the KVKK Explicit Consent Text, that these communications may reach me via phone, SMS, and email, and that the content of these communications and other records will be recorded and stored to be submitted to the relevant Ministry if necessary, and that I can change my communication preferences at any time without providing any reason.
In this context, I declare that I have read and understood the entire KVKK Information Text prepared under KVKK, that I have been informed about which personal data of mine is processed and how, and that I can withdraw my explicit consent at any time without any limitation.
Within this framework, I give permission and consent for your Company to send me commercial electronic communications via SMS/text message, instant notification, automated calls, computer, phone, fax, email, and other electronic communication tools for all kinds of information regarding various promotions, advertisements, campaigns, discounts, sales, and marketing purposes related to all products and services, store card, credit card, and membership information, transactions, and applications.
